I wanted to send you a heartfelt thank you. 

I am not sure you are truly aware of the impact you have, not just by teaching your love of yoga to everyone but the positive and supportive energy you bring to every class, no matter what. You bring a beautiful twist to life’s everyday problems that makes your classes extremely therapeutic and enjoyable. 

No matter what has happened from the last time I rolled out my mat, you always find a way of connecting with everyone, making us feel seen, and helping to release any stress or strain that has occurred from the last practice. Leaving the mat in a more peaceful state. 

Thank you for bringing the beauty of yoga and breath-work into my life, and allowing me the space to find my inner peace. It really is a very magical practice you teach.

yoga helps with my cycling

I meant to say how much the yoga helps with my cycling. Not just from the flexibility and core work but I have been doing some high intensity sessions and the breathing techniques and focussing on staying relaxed really helps you through the session .
