Please bring a bolster or reserve.

Slow Flow

Mindfully flowing through each asana allowing more time for you to stretch into your body, soothe your joints and unblock trapped energy. Uplift Vinyasa Flow

A great way to start the weekend! The class journey will freely flow across a blend of dynamic uplifting postures, gently waking up the body and breath. Use the class to detox from the weeks fatigue and to reset to a positive mindset and fresh energy for the weekend ahead.

Yin Yoga

Classically, in yoga we make beautiful shapes with our bodies and movement, but yin yoga is about going much deeper than that, it’s about tapping into an awareness deep within, opening up energetic pathways and getting to understand more about your inner self”.

Yin yoga involves passive poses that are mainly grounded and held for long periods of time. This cultivates a deep and strong yoga practice that works past the muscle (yang tissues) and taps deep into connective tissues (yin tissues) of our ligaments, joints, bones and fascial networks. According to ancient Chinese medicine (ACM), it is along these fascial networks that our meridian lines run. Therefore yin yoga is also associated with stimulating these energetic circuits that run through our bodies.

Restorative Yoga

This indulgent and nourishing practice, mindfully transitions you through a number of beautifully grounded postures, with the use of props, blankets, bolsters and cushions to support the body and encourage the muscles to let go and relax.

This is the perfect class to rest, nourish and support ourselves, to find balance by allowing the body and mind to return back to a state of equanimity and peace.

A bolster is essential for the practice – if you dont have one, please message me and I can suggest how to easily make one at home.
