THE HEART OF WINTER 2027

NORFOLK, UK

A Midwinter Yoga, Rest & Sound Retreat

A new year doesn’t have to begin with pressure to change. Sometimes the best place to begin is with space.

The Heart of Winter is a weekend to step away from the noise, nurture yourself through the darker months and create some breathing room for the year ahead.

Space to rest. Space to move. Space to breathe. And space to listen.

Because sometimes things become clearer when we give ourselves enough space to hear what we actually need.

Over the weekend, morning and evening yoga practices will help create space in the body, ease winter stiffness and release some of the fatigue we can carry through the winter months, helping you move into the new year with a sense of optimism. Breathwork, meditation, Reiki drumming and sound will invite you to slow down further, while nourishing seasonal food, the sauna, lake and beautiful grounds of West Lexham give you time simply to be.

Rather than resolutions or pressure to reinvent yourself, we’ll explore small rituals, intentions and habits that can genuinely support you in the year ahead.

There is something special about the history of West Lexham too. The name Lexham has Anglo-Saxon roots, connected to the Old English læce, meaning healer or physician, and hām, meaning homestead or settlement.

Surrounded by ancient trees, water and the peaceful Norfolk landscape, it feels like a fitting place to step away from everyday life, reconnect with yourself and listen to what you might want to invite in.

You don’t need to begin the year with everything figured out.

Sometimes you just need enough space to hear what comes next.

We’re returning to Soul Farm. 🌿

Tucked into the beautiful Penedès wine region just outside Barcelona, Soul Farm is a place made for slowing down. Surrounded by vineyards, nature and wide open skies, late spring is one of the most beautiful times to be here, with warm days, fresh green landscapes and plenty of space to breathe.

Over five days and four nights, we’ll move, rest, eat incredibly well, explore, create and reconnect.

Our mornings will begin with energising Vinyasa flows, breathwork and mindfulness, before the day opens up for long lunches, swimming, sunshine, massages, reading, wandering or simply doing very little at all.

At the end of the day, we’ll come back together for slower restorative practices, deep rest, meditation, Reiki drumming and sound, creating a beautiful rhythm between movement and stillness.

And then there’s the food…

I am absolutely delighted to be welcoming back our incredible chef Alejandra, whose food was genuinely one of the highlights of our last Soul Farm retreat. Expect vibrant, nourishing plant-based meals, generous tables and food that leaves you feeling wonderfully well.

We’ll return to the waterfall for our hike, wild swim and picnic, which was such a highlight last time, spend time creating our own Mala, and leave plenty of unhurried space in between for you to enjoy Soul Farm your way.

  • Evening restorative yoga & deep rest
  • Breathwork, mindfulness & meditation
  • Reiki drumming & sound
