The Flower Moon Sacred Pause Sound Journey & Restorative Yoga

The Sacred Pause · Restorative Yoga, Breath & Sound Journey

A deeply restful afternoon devoted to peace, stillness, and nervous system restoration.

This unique combination of restorative yoga, gentle breathwork, and immersive sound is a way of communicating directly with your body. Rather than working through the mind, we soften into sensation. We listen. We allow.

Supported restorative postures invite the body to release held tension and shift into true rest. Simple, calming breath practices help guide your system out of stress mode and into safety. As you settle, the grounding resonance of the gong and the crystalline tones of singing bowls create a soundscape that can be felt throughout the body.

Sound and vibration are experienced not just through the ears but through the tissues, the fluids, the subtle spaces within. This full-body listening can evoke a quiet sense of awe, the kind that gently widens perception and softens internal pressure. In that state, the nervous system begins to regulate naturally. Heart rate slows. Breath deepens. The body remembers balance.

There is nothing to achieve. No performance. No pushing.

Simply an opportunity to pause, to rest deeply, and to return to a place of inner peace.

We close with tea and a few quiet moments of reflection before stepping gently back into the world, grounded and nourished.
